The Operational Excellence Conference (OPEXKSA), in its second edition, organized by Saline Water Conversion Corporation on December 12 and 13, 2023, in Riyadh, under the slogan (Towards Creating Value for Stakeholders), reviews innovative and pioneering operational experiences for several industrial and service sectors, in order to achieve the maximum possible benefit from these experiences and sharing knowledge by adopting the operational excellence approach and its recent standards that address challenges and meet current and future needs, particularly regarding raising efficiency, achieving sustainability, and adopting technological innovation.
